"Extremely disappointed !!!
Hasn’t answered their phones in weeks leading into months. Dropped the ball on me!!! I’ve been with State Farm for many years. Management received a promotion for got all about the clients.
Phone not being answered messages Not being returned. Had to call Corporate numerous times still Nothing. Purchased a car to replace my junked car. Wow to my wonder no one was answering phones or returning messages At All !!
So called Corporate again in June after receptionist never informed stand in management of my Calls and messages. June comes around had my car since March. I finally spoke with the Agent In charge. Oh I’m so sorry??? Your sorry it does Not Fix your Mess and outrageous Bills your Now trying to get me to pay a lot of freaking Money because you couldn’t handle the work Load. I’ve paid on time Always with no issues
Called today to ask questions of this ridiculous bill I’ve received. What do you know they’re busy with customers for the last hour and a half. Voicemail
Smh Absolutely Ridiculous and Horrible Customer Service. I Will Not Be Renewing My Policy With State Farm. You’ve truly Lost a Loyal Customer.

"Jared is absolutely the best. He is professional, has a very quick response rate, has many contacts, and always works to get you the best of what he can offer.
We had severe storm damage with the last big storm. Jared had a tree service out within 2 days clearing away the debris and assessments were done rather quickly! (Our many neighbors had to wait days and weeks for their tree removals.)
He has helped us many times get the best rates for what we needed and has saved us money numerous times.
I highly recommend him!"
